How long does it take to get E-points from Tour Websites E-Points?
Tour Websites E-Points awards will be credited in the time it takes you to
check out each sponsor's site. When you're finished looking around, come
back to minrak.com and check out the E-points you've earned by clicking on
E-Points history to see your updated account history..
Minrak counts the number of minutes spent at sponsor's site.Once you have explored
sponsor's site for at least 3-5 minutes, you will see a message pop-up saying your
E-points credited to your account.
How many E-points can I earn through Tour Websites E-Points?
Every day you can visit a maximum of 10 sites through Tour Websites E-Points
for credit. Each banner ad is worth 1-10 E-points. If you click on more
than 10 banners, you won't receive additional E-points, but still you will be able to enjoy
our sponsors' sites.
How do I know which banners I've already visited in Tour Websites E-Points?
The green "Earn It" text will change to a red "Got it" text after you've
visited that site. If you see the red "Got it" text, you will not
receive additional E-points if you visit the site again. You may need to
click "reload" to see the " Got it" text.
I clicked on a sponsor's banner ad in Tour Websites E-points, and I still didn't get E-points.
It takes a little time to verify every E-Points transaction. If you click to
a second site too quickly, it cancels your first award verification. So take
your time, enjoy the sites, and collect all your E-Points. Also, remember
that you can only receive credit for your first 10 visits in a day. You need to
spend 3-5 minutes at each sponsor's site to get the credit.
Where do I select the category for tour sites?
All the categories are displayed on the right on the tour sites page. Select the category which
interests you and start visiting sites.
What are the comments written on the right of each sponsor banner?
Each site will have its own rules
Once in a day means, you get credit only one time in one day for visiting
that site, even though you visited more than once.
unlimited times means, you get as many credits as many times you visit the site,
provided only 10 visits in a day.
n time(s) in n day(s) means, you get credit for visiting the site for n visits in n days.
where n is a number. For eg, 2 times in 7 days, means you can get
credt for visiting the site 2 times in a period of 7 days.
General Questions about Try-it Out
Can I get E-points through Try-it-Out by visiting Web sites?
No. Just visiting a web site through Try-it-Out will NOT get you E-Points.
To get E-points from a Try-it-Out offer, you'll need to fill out a form, a
survey, or order something -- depending on the particular offer. In most
cases, whatever you do will be totally free. (Occasionally the offer might
require a $1 charge on your credit card).
Do I always have to go through Minrak to get E-points?
Yes! Unless otherwise specified, you must always use the links from
Minrak.com to get E-points for our sponsors. If you have to sign up for
anything, remember to use the same email address you used for Minrak.com.
To make sure you always get your E-points, check the description of offer.
How long does it take to get E-points from Try-it-Out?
It depends on the offer. It can vary from instantly to as long as two months
for your credit to appear in your E-point History.
General Questions about Shop and earn
How long does it take to get E-points through Shop & Earn offer?
It depends on how you earned them. It can take from just a few days to up to
2 months. For a more specific answer, please read offer description on each
offer. We will award your purchases as soon as we receive confirmation of
your transaction from the merchant and when you send us the order
confirmation email which you get from the merchant. Point award timing
varies by merchant except in the case of the merchants who offer "1pt per
dollar spent." With these merchants who offer "1pt per dollar spent" we will
post E-Points to your account within 10 business days. These same E-Points
will be available to spend within 30 days. We may need to adjust your Point
balance with award reversals for items returned or transactions not
completed..
How do I shop online for Shop & Earn E-Points?
Click on a Shop & Earn
category, and check out our sponsors offers. Most of our sponsors allow you
to get E-Points by shopping online, and you can go straight to their web
sites from individual offer.
How Do I Spread The Word?

The offer page will tell you how long you should expect to receive your gift
certificate. It varies for different merchants.

How can I customize my history reports?
You can cusomize time period to view
your reports by selecting start and end date. Once you select start and end
date and click on Run Report button then it will display your E-points
history within the selected time period.
How can I view my referrals?
You can view all your referrals (Active/Inactive) by selecting Referral history link.
How can I view my Send Email Referral History?
You can view all your Send Email Referral History by selecting Send Email Referral History link.
You send emails for offers doesn't mean you will earn E-points. When you send email and your friends
complete the offers sent to them in emails, you will earn E-points
How can I track my orders?
You can track all your orders by clicking on order history.
